As Academic Enhancement Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Library’s academic enhancement services operational plan.

You will be a highly organised and discreet individual, able to provide top-tier confidential support to our Transition Manager. 

Central to all our research is a commitment to hearing the voices of young disabled children and adults.

You will manage a team of advisors who will provide academic administration across a range of programmes, ensuring that effective processes are in place to provide an excellent experience for students.

Development of curriculum, the management of delivery staff, the achievement of income targets, compliance with pay and non-pay cost criteria and the achievement of statistical performance targets. 

You will organise tripartite visits with Rolls-Royce and apprentices to ensure the implementation of quality reviews and assessment of off and on-the-job evidence for audit using an e-portfolio.

You will arrange and conduct tripartite reviews with individual apprentices and their employer representatives. 

This vital role focuses on maintaining and advancing our digital systems to support the University’s robust marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for helping to facilitate and monitor the allocated disability funding and efficiently match students with the appropriate support staff.

Work with a diverse range of students with Special Educational Needs and Specific Learning Difficulties.
